[1] Love Actually 真愛至上

　　The film begins with a voiceover from David (Hugh Grant) commenting that whenever he gets gloomy

　　with the state of the world he thinks about the arrivals terminal at Heathrow Airport, and the pure uncomplicated love felt as friends and families welcome their arriving loved ones. David's voiceover also relates that all the known messages left by the people who died on the 9/11 planes were messages of love and not hate. The film then tells the 'love stories' of many people。

　　Each story is linked in some way except for Billy Mack and his manager, who are not friends with any of the characters; however, he appears frequently on characters' radios and TVs; his music video provides an important plot device for Sam's pursuit of Joanna; the pair also cross paths with the other characters in the closing Heathrow scene. John and Judy work with Tony who is best friends with Colin who works for a catering company that works at the office where Sarah, Karl, Mia, and Harry work and also catered Peter and Juliet's wedding.。。

　　The story begins with Noah, an 80 year old man, reading a story from a notebook to a woman in a nursing home. Noah, 31, returns from World War II and finishes the restoration

　　of his Antebellum plantation-style home after his father's death. Meanwhile Allie, 29, sees the house in the newspaper and decides to pay him a visit。

　　Their reunion after fourteen years brings on a flood of memories and strong emotions in both of them. They have dinner together and talk about their lives and the past. Allie comes to know how her mother prevented her from reading Noah's letter. They talk about what could have happened between them without her mother's interference. At the end of the night, Noah invites Allie to come back the next day and promises her a surprise. She could not refuse. During this time, her fiancée Lon tries to reach her at the hotel, but Allie does not reply and he begins to worry.。。

　　推薦理由：電影表達(dá)了人類對于真愛的渴望。里面老Noah的一句臺詞："Your mother is my home." 印象很深。
